When I got home yesterday, there was a For Sale sign on my house.
USB In My Pocket
My favorite mix making software is on an old computer. There’s no new version of the software so I need to put up with an old, slow, weak-kneed computer that suffers from occasional seizures. Exporting a finished mix should take about 2 minutes. Last night it took half an hour to export 20%. Instead of waiting, I decided to let the computer take it’s sweet time, and just grab the USB drive in the morning.
So here I am on the trolley, and I reach into my shirt pocket and the USB drive isn’t there! WTF?
Then I remembered that I spilled coffee on my shirt this morning and made a quick change for an identical shirt.
Guess I’ll listen to the mix when I get home tonight.
At least my shirt is clean.
